Community Centre

The Community Centre was completed in 2008 and replaced the old Village Hall, it is located at 286 Bawtry Road, Wickersley S66 1JJ. There is a small number of parking spaces to the front of the building with some parking spaces on the highway outside the premises. The community centre has full disable access and disabled toilet facilities.

The Community Centre houses a small Parish Office, a large function room with a large kitchen facility, a smaller meeting room and the Library occupying the first floor. The library can be accessed by a lift. The centre is used for a variety of organised classes both in the function room, meeting room and a host of activities within the library.

A leaflet is produced indicating the types of activities and hobbies for all ages to participate in, the modern function room with kitchen and toilet facilities is also available for hire for family gatherings and celebrations.

The centre is run by WCCA - Wickersley Community Centre Association and bookings are taken through the parish office on 01709 703270 or alternatively you can speak with our helpful caretakers Martin or Julie.
